VolleyBrackets is a tournament management platform for volleyball events. The Platform provides tools for tournament creation, registration, scheduling, scoring, and results management.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may sign in using email/password or Google authentication.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Submit false or misleading information in tournament registrations.
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission.
5. Tournament Content
Tournament organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their tournament information, including dates, locations, rules, and results. VolleyBrackets does not verify or endorse tournament listings.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by VolleyBrackets. You retain ownership of any content you submit (tournament data, team information, etc.) but grant us a license to display and use it as part of the Platform's functionality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VolleyBrackets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
